Four: a concept-rigour sprint, a full platform build, embedded or fractional leadership, and venture co-development. Each suits a different stage and kind of work.
How long do engagements run?
From a few weeks for concept rigour to several months for a platform build or embedded leadership, up to an open horizon for venture co-development.
